Prince Tiger Scrapbook Layout

I’m absolutely in love with these photos of Tiger in my tiara! What a grumpy little prince he is! This layout was fun to put together. I knew I wanted the two photos in the corners and I wanted a smattering of crowns going diagonally across the page.

I had gold crown stickers, pink sparkle crown die cuts and I made a set of crown cut files (found below). I matted/layered the photos with pink and gold. I took white paper and used the packaging technique to smoosh some diluted gold paint in the middle. It gives the background a bit of gold sheen when the light hits it. I also splattered some mint and black.

You can sort of see the gold here. Unfortunately, the diluted paint warped the paper a bit, but I went with the distressed edge look.

I had a sheet of clear and gold crown stickers from the dollar store. I wanted to back some of them with pink cardstock, so I applied them to the cardstock, put that on my Pixscan mat and uploaded a photo to Studio. From there I was able to trace the crowns and create an offset, and it cut it right out around the crown. I love my Pixscan mat!

Sequins and gems give the page even more sparkle!

I used my grey Alphabeans for the prince part of the title, and a font on my computer for the tiget part. I think it was Xiomara. I glued it to a black cardstock offset to make it pop. I used bits of light blue to tone down all the pink. Lastly, I matted the whole thing onto blue chevron paper from MME’s On the Bright Side pad.

Here’s the crown cut file:
